The HiveWing says that it is owned by a HiveWing named Pinacate who has "a trillion innovative ideas each year". The HiveWing also says that it is very fancy and expensive, and that she would like to have someone else replicate it for a much cheaper price.

Raindrop Scales is located in the Glitterbazaar, near the Salvation Statue (of Queen Wasp). It is only open during the rainy season.
It is unknown what exactly Raindrop Scales sells, but it is possibly a fashion store.
