The RainWing Royal Pavilion is built halfway between the NightWing village and RainWing village, and is used for official business regarding the two tribes. It was built under Queen Glory after the NightWing Exodus.

The Jade Mountain Prophecy
After Deathbringer attacked Winter, and Glory intervened, she took Winter and his group to the royal pavilion. There, Glory asked her RainWing scouts whether they had seen an IceWing in the rainforest.
