Template:InfoboxPheasant is a MudWing and one of Clay's younger sisters. Her mother is Cattail, with Asha as her (deceased) aunt, and her father is unknown.
History
Pheasant hatched along with Reed, Umber, Marsh, Crane and Sora. She was raised with Reed standing in for bigwings due to Clay being sold by Cattail to the Talons of Peace, in exchange for two cows.
Later on, Clay made his way back to the MudWing Kingdom. His siblings encountered him and were overjoyed to find him. They helped him make peace with himself, and despite protests, let him go.
In the prologue of The Dark Secret, Pheasant said she gained interest in and started to read about the Prophecy after they found out Clay was part of it, being the 'wings of earth'.
