He tried to get [[Queen Magnificent]] to send out a search party, but she refused and did nothing, even when more RainWings went missing. Mastermind explains that he was trying to see how long the average RainWing could use their venom before running out, but she had fainted before he could even begin the test. The [[dragonets]] get her some water, and Starflight tells her that Mangrove is looking for her, causing her scales to turn pink. Later, during the attack on the Night Kingdom, Orchid is freed along with the rest of the surviving RainWings. She is reunited with [[Mangrove]] and says that she thought he would forget about her. Biography
Orchid was lost fruit-gathering with Mangrove, when she was kidnapped by NightWings. He tried to get Queen Magnificent to send out a search party, but she refused and did nothing, even when more RainWings went missing. Mangrove later told Glory, who volunteered to look for the missing RainWings. When she too was abducted she found the other RainWings, including Orchid, being experimented on in the Night Kingdom.
