- "She doesn't like hearing bad news, and we don't like her hearing it either. Queen Glacier needs to figure that out and stop sending all these gloomy reports."
- — Ocotillo to Glory about Blaze, The Hidden Kingdom
Ocotillo is a male SandWing who was introduced in The Hidden Kingdom. He is likely a guard or general, as he guarded Blaze at her fortress during the War of SandWing Succession.
Appearance
Ocotillo was described to be heavyset, with broken claws on one talon.[1]
Biography
The Dragonet Prophecy
Ocotillo was stationed at Blaze's fortress when Glory and Jambu, disguised as IceWings, came to visit. Blaze ordered him to bring them tea and dried lizards, assuming there were any left. Later, when Jambu stated that he liked the tapestries adorning the walls of the fortress, Ocotillo seemed surprised and said that most IceWings viewed them as "garish and gaudy."
