Mayfly is described to be a brown dragon with a wide, flat head. Her back leg and half her tail are covered with frostbreath scars, and she has two claws missing. She has somewhat of an unliking towards IceWings. She is the MudWing doctor in the small city of Possibility who Winter, Qibli and Moon went to to help Kinkajou. She is said to be the best doctor in all of Possibility, but it is unknown how many other doctors there are.
