Lagoon is a plump, turquoise SeaWing introduced in The Lost Heir. She serves on Queen Coral's Council, and is in charge of preparing the food.
Biography
Queen Coral told Lagoon to make sure that the dragonets had ample meals, but she only fed them with "very extremely tiny small crabs", possibly on Shark's orders. When Tsunami found out, she told her mother, who had Shark and Lagoon imprisoned. Tsunami noted, however, that they'd be soon released due to their status. What happened to her during the Skywing attack is unknown. She might have been killed in the comotion.
