The Jade Mountain Prophecy was said by Moonwatcher in the book Moon Rising. Near midway of Moon Rising, Moon falls to the ground the the prophecy pours out of her mouth.

Beware the darkness of dragons, Beware the stalker of dreams, Beware the Talons of Power and fire, Beware one is not who she seems.
Something is coming to shake the earth, Something is coming to scorch the ground. Jade Mountain will fall beneath thunder and ice Unless the lost city of Night can be found."

Throughout books six through ten, Moon and her friends travel all across the continent to find a way to stop the prophecy from coming true. The fear of Jade Mountain Academy falling with the original Dragonets of destiny and all those students inside, and the determination to keep them going so that won't happen.
