IceWings are light-blue, white or silver dragons under the ruling of Queen Glacier. They live in the far north of Pyrrhia in the Ice Kingdom. They are allied with Blaze and most of the SandWings in the great war.
IceWings and NightWings have aminosity towards each other going far back to a war they once fought against each other. This is displayed when Morrowseer murded all of the IceWing prisoners in the SkyWing arena while he came to Starflight's rescue in book one, The Dragonet Prophecy.

They have a ruff of extra horns on the back of their heads, and tails that narrow to a whip-thin end. IceWings have blue eyes, forked blue tongues, and ridged claws so they can walk on ice. Their claws are serrated, and being clawed by an IceWing once is like being clawed by a normal dragon four times, as Peril explained to Clay after his fight with Fjord, an IceWing, when they discovered Glorys venom.
Abilities
IceWings can withstand both extremely bright light and subzero temperatures. Instead of breathing fire, they could exhale a deadly freezing ice breath that is in every way just as lethal as fire. Their serrated, ridged claws are especially good at gripping ice, and just as good at tearing into their enemies.
