IceWings

IceWings are light-blue, white or silver dragons ruled by Queen Glacier that live in the far north of Pyrrhia in the Ice Kingdom. They are allied with Blaze and most of the SandWings in the great war.

IceWings and NightWings have aminosity towards each other going way far back to a war they once fought against each other. This is displayed when Morrowseer killed all of the IceWing prisoners in the SkyWing arena while he  was rescuing Starflight, the 4th Dragonet of Destiny.

Description

IceWings range in color from silvery white scales (like the moon) to pale blue (like ice) to white (like snow). They have a ruff of extra horns on the back of their heads, and tails that narrow to a whip-thin end. IceWings have blue eyes, forked blue tongues, and ridged claws so they can walk on ice. Their claws are serrated, and being clawed by an IceWing once is like being clawed by a normally clawed dragon four times, as Peril explained to Clay after his fight with Fjord.

Abilities

IceWings can withstand both bright light and subzero temperatures. Instead of breathing fire, they exhale a deadly freezing ice breath that is in every way just as lethal as fire. Their serrated, ridged claws are especially good at gripping ice, and just as good at tearing into their enemies.
