Queen Glacier of the IceWings resides at this palace.
Description
Being part of the Ice Kingdom, it is presumed to be constructed of ice. It is so far north that any dragon other than an IceWing would quickly freeze to death; herefore Queen Glacier never has to worry about intruders from the other dragon tribes.
