He was killed in the Royal SeaWing Massacre, when Albatross went mad and killed nearly his entire family. He was described to have a creaky old voice by Fathom and often commented on how things were back when he was a dragonet. Pearl seems to think he's annoying telling his story about how he used to eat scavenger sashimi every afternoon and his scavenger supplies just disappeared.
