Scavengers are humans of the world Pyrrhia.

Biography

Not that much at this point is known about Scavengers. The Scavengers have a "den" on the southeastern side of the island, and are regarded more as prey than danger. They are obsessed with treasure. They once ruled Pyhrria, until The Scorching.

One Scavenger in particular killed Queen Oasis, by impaling her with a spike. The Scavenger took the treasure and left, thus starting the war.

After Clay and his friends escaped the cave, they encountered a Scavenger and wondered about it. It was killed by Queen Scarlet.

During their captivity in the SkyWing kingdom, three were released to interrupt the fight between Starflight and Tsunami. They apparently had a battle strategy and surrounded them quickly. However, all were eventually killed by them (except those that were wheeled away into the cages).

While fleeing the SkyWing kingdom, Clay rescued a scavenger.

When she was in the Kingdom of the Sea, Tsunami encountered two on a boat, and brought them to land.

Glory and Jambu rescued two scavengers from the SandWing fort in the IceWing Kingdom.

Abillities

The Scavengers appear to have battle training, as they were able to outwit Tsunami. The females are said to last longer (or so Queen Scarlet says), as they are more vicious and stronger.

They also are obsessed with treasure and will go to any length to get it, even if it means facing a dragon in combat.
