He was locked on the rock spire next to [[Clay]] during the [[Dragonets of Destiny|dragonets]]' imprisonment, and was first seen pacing across the top while Clay, [[Tsunami]], and [[Starflight]] were being taken into the arena. Horizon won four matches before he fought [[Peril]] , eventually committing suicide by burning himself to death by going under her wing and on her scales after realizing he couldn't defeat her. Peril was known as Queen Scarlet's champion and wasn't deffeted making Horizon afraid. After Clay watched him die horribly, Peril came to visit and claimed that it was "poor form" for the SandWing to have killed himself instead of fighting her.
