Template:Infobox Character Gibbon is a male RainWing and one of the seventeen kidnapped dragons imprisoned in the Night Kingdom. He may have had very strong venom, because the NightWings often took him into the labratory to study his venom.

Biography

Glory sees Gibbon being taken to the fortress for testing on venom while he is still a NightWing prisoner. According to Glory, his scales were a dull, heavy gray, the color of sorrow and great unhappiness that she had never seen before on any RainWing, and he hung limply between the three NightWing guards who took him out of his cave, neither helping nor hindering them. Kinkajou says that he was often taken for testing, and that his venom must be "way more exciting" than hers or any other RainWing's.

Kinkajou later argues against the RainWing's doubt of Glory's decision to challenge the queen for the throne and says that they should ask Gibbon, Orchid, Splendor, Tualang, or Loris what they thought and then revealed that they, along with several other RainWings, were all imprisoned in the Night Kingdom, with the exception of three of them who had already died.

He later reappeared when Glory's army attacked the Night Kingdom, freeing all the RainWing prisoners.

Quotes

"The RainWing's scales were a heavy gray, like rain clouds; it was a color of sadness Glory had never seen on any other RainWing. He was conscious but neither struggled nor helped the NightWings. He just hung between them like he'd given up completely." -Glory seeing Gibbon for the first time

"Poor Gibbon. They take him all the time. I guess his venom is way more interesting than mine or something." -Kinkajou about Gibbon
