- "It's a good thing we're so much smarter than all the dragons who lived before us. We'd never make their mistakes."
- — Firefly, in Moonwatcher's peaceful vision.
Template:Infobox Character Firefly is a dark purple female dragonet who appears in Moonwatcher and Darkstalker's peaceful vision into the future near the end of Moon Rising. Her tribe is currently unknown, but she may be a RainWing/NightWing hybrid (see below). Firefly was reading a scroll with two other dragonets in Moonwatcher's vision. She is highly suspected to be the daughter of Glory and Deathbringer. This has now been confirmed on Wings of Fire's Scholastic website forum.
She was seen with dragonets of colors that Moon said that she had never seen before, so it can be assumed that breeding with other tribes becomes not that unusual.
Trivia
- Tui confirmed that Firefly is the future daughter of Glory and Deathbringer on the Wings of Fire's Scholatic website forum.
