Festoon

Template:CharboxFestoon was a male SilkWing who was mentioned in The Lost Continent. He was one of the flamesilks kept by Queen Wasp in the Flamesilk Factory. When he was alive, he overheard Pierid telling Heliconian that Danaid thought he was stealing all the radishes.

Biography

The Lost Continent

While talking to Blue in the flamesilk cavern, Danaid and Pierid started a heated discussion about privacy, which was hard to get in the small cave. While arguing with Danaid, Pierid yelled at the orange SilkWing that it wasn’t his fault Festoon was eavesdropping on his conversation, and Danaid snapped back at him saying that Festoon died five years ago, otherwise she would’ve been blaming him instead.

• Festoon is named after the species of festoon butterfly.
• Festoon is the only known deceased flamesilk.
