This palace is miles below the surface, so only SeaWings can enter it, as they have the gills to breathe underwater. It is said to be a canyon in the ocean floor made out of coral, with coral and seaweed growing at the bottom like beautiful gardens. Groups of SeaWings can be seen clustered around speaking in Aquatic. It seems to have a relaxed and safe atmosphere, since no enemies can ever reach it. Queen Coral mostly resides here, unless business is to be made at the Summer Palace or Blister is visiting. This is where the Royal Hatchery is, along with the enchanted statue of Orca, until Tsunami destroyed it. The Royal Hatchery contained heat tubes. The main shelter seems to be passageways and rooms inside of the cliff walls. It is on the back cover of The Lost Heir.
