Cricket is a female HiveWing who appears in The Lost Continent.[1] She seems to be interested in the study of science and cannot be mind-controlled by Queen Wasp. The reason for this is currently unknown.
Appearance
Cricket has gold and tangerine scales[2] speckled here and there with black scales that look like tiny inkblots[2], and warm, dark brown eyes[2]. She has small, sharp claws like a leopard's[2], an open, curious face[2], and wears gold-rimmed glasses[2] that wind around her ears.
Biography
She first appeared when Blue met her in the shed in the school courtyard while the mind-controlled HiveWings were chasing him. Blue mistook her for a SilkWing, due to thinking every single HiveWing was under control. Cricket brought him over to a tunnel, which led to a library. Blue realizes she was actually a HiveWing.
Cricket asks a lot of questions about Blue, and they tell each other their names. Cricket says that she can't be mind-controlled.
