Cricket is a female HiveWing who appears in The Lost Continent. She is described as having an open, curious face, gold-rimmed circular glasses that wind around her ears, and warm dark brown eyes. She is also described to have small, sharp claws like a leopard's, as well as gold and tangerine scales, with speckled black scales that look like inkblots. Cricket seems to be interested in the study of science. She cannot be mind-controlled by Queen Wasp. The reason for this is currently unknown.
