Not to be confused with Crane, Clay's sister. Template:Charbox Queen Crane was the queen of the MudWings in the time of Darkstalker (Legends). However, very little is known about her as she was not mentioned in the book, except in the list of queens in "A NightWing Guide to the Dragons of Pyrrhia". She was queen alongside Queen Lagoon (Queen Pearl, as well), Queen Carmine, Queen Vigilance, Queen Diamond, Queen Scorpion, and Queen Anaconda.

Queen Crane may have been a more aggressive MudWing queen than normal because of the way the MudWings were mentioned to have been "behaving lately" by the SeaWings' queen, Queen Lagoon. A similar statement is said referring to the RainWings as well.
Queen Crane shares the same name with Crane, Clay's sister. It is possible that Clay's sister was named after either the queen or just the bird.
A crane is a species of bird with long legs and a long neck.
