Biography
In Moon Rising, Fatespeaker pointed out a large group of IceWings to Moonwatcher and asked her whether she wanted to meet them; Changbai was likely among them.
Alba, Changbai and Ermine attacked Darkstalker as he was introducing himself to several dragons at Jade Mountain Academy.
Changbai is specifically mentioned to be haughty and sit far away from Winter. When Darkstalker is brought up, Changbai quickly mentions he is not like the dragon from old stories, as he did not immediately start murdering everyone.
