Chameleon is a RainWing with the ability to shapeshift using Darkstalker's Talisman. He managed this by describing the form he wanted to take on the scroll, then tearing the paper he had written on off the rest of the scroll and placing it in a little wearable pouch. He subsequently used these scraps to turn into dragons from the different dragon tribes. As the Skywing, Soar, he had eggs with Kestrel and that eggs had Peril and her twin. Chameleon is Peril's only known relative left alive.
