Blister's secret hidout is located in the Bay of A Thousand Scales, wher she resides with her soldiers.
By the end of The Dark Secret, Blister stayed in her secret hideout, looking at a scavenger 's den. Then the leader of the Talons of peace, Nautilus, speaks to her about how Morrowseer left his son, Squid, to die in the mountains. Blister becomes mad about the NightWings' leaving, she tells Nautilus, that she is going to kill the dragonets of destiny, no matter what she has to sacrifice.
