Arid is a SandWing dragonet of unknown gender who attends Jade Mountain Academy as a member of the Quartz Winglet.
Biography
The Jade Mountain Prophecy
Arid appeared alongside Pronghorn and Ostrich when Moon and Qibli came to talk to Onyx about the bomb in the history cave. When Moon reads Arid's mind, it was discovered that they had previously supported Burn during the War of SandWing Succession, but they now support Thorn. They are highly respectful of her or anyone involved with her, such as Qibli or Ostrich. Qibli was seen to be a leader to them and the other SandWings in the group.
In Darkness of Dragons, Qibli asked Pronghorn about the last time he had seen Ostrich, and he mentioned that she, Arid, and himself had been carrying instruments to one of the upper caves to play.
