She was first mentioned in ''[[Darkstalker (Legends)]] ''to rule alongside [[Queen Lagoon]] and later [[Queen Pearl]], [[Queen Carmine]], [[Queen Vigilance]], [[Queen Diamond]], [[Queen Scorpion]], and [[Queen Crane]]. During that time period, RainWings were not considered lazy or useless and were likely formidable and dangerous, due to a quote from Queen Lagoon, which hints that Anaconda and her subjects behaved much differently from present-day RainWings, using their camouflage to blend in with their surroundings and ambush their foes with their venom.
