Foreseer was a NightWing of unknown gender who was mentioned in Darkstalker. They were the seer who predicted that Foeslayer and Arctic's eggs would hatch on the brightest night.
Biography
Legends
While on a cliff waiting for their eggs to hatch, Foeslayer told Arctic that Foreseer was the dragon who predicted that both her eggs would hatch on the brightest night. However, only Darkstalker's egg hatched on the brightest night, meaning that the vision was partly incorrect.
