The RainWing Royal Pavilion is built halfway between the NightWing village and RainWing village, and is used for official business regarding the two tribes. It was built under Queen Glory after the NightWing Exodus.

The RainWing royal pavilion is a vast platform built up in the air, upon a circle of branches from tall, overlapping trees. Glory took Winter, Moonwatcher, Qibli, and Kinkajou to the royal pavilion to formally introduce themselves to each other and discuss the dragonets' plans. Glory asked her RainWing scouts whether they had seen an IceWing in the rainforest. Everyone answered no, but one of the scouts said they had seen a frozen spot covered in frostbreath. Glory told Kinkajou, Moonwatcher, and Qibli to stay at the pavillion while she and Winter went to investigate the frostbreath, but allowed Moon to come with them.
