Ocotillo is a male SandWing who was introduced in The Hidden Kingdom. He is likely a guard or general, as he guarded Blaze at her fortress during the War of SandWing Succession.

Ocotillo was stationed at Blaze's fortress when Glory and Jambu, disguised as IceWings, came to visit. Blaze ordered him to bring them tea and dried lizards, assuming there were some left.
