'''Marsh''' is a male [[MudWings|MudWing]] [[Dragonets|dragonet]] and is one of [[Clay|Clay's]] siblings, as well as the second last-hatched dragonet of [[Cattail|Cattail.]] He never seemed to have recovered from the death of his sister [[Crane]], who was killed by [[Princess Icicle]] in the [[War of The SandWing Succession|battle]] between [[Princess Blaze|Blaze]] and [[Princess Burn|Burn]]'s armies just a couple of days before [[Clay]] arrived. It was also his troop's very first battle. Marsh appears to be nervous and anxious most of the time. He is currently a student at the [[Jade Mountain Academy]], where he is in the [[Copper Winglet]] with his clawmate, [[Coconut]]. [[Qibli]] noted that the arrangement was probably made so that Marsh didn't have to be nervous about his clawmate.

Marsh is an adult male MudWing who was introduced The Dragonet Prophecy. He is one of the brothers of Clay. He currently attends Jade Mountain Academy as a member of the Copper Winglet and is clawmates with Coconut.

Description

Marsh has brown scales[1] and brown eyes.[2] He looks like Sora, just more fidgety and nervous.[3]

Personality

Marsh is an extremely nervous and jumpy character and is described by Umber to fly "extremely fast."[4] Like most MudWings, he cares a great deal about his siblings and is afraid of seeing another one of them die like Crane did.[5] He seems to get along well with Coconut, his clawmate.[6] Like his other sibs, he did not enjoy the war and often wished for it to end.[5]

Marsh hatched along with Reed, Sora, Pheasant, Crane, and Umber in the Mud Kingdom. Because Clay was sold to the Talons of Peace by their mother, Cattail, they were raised with Reed as their bigwings.

After they escaped from the Sky Kingdom, Clay and the other dragonets of destiny made their way to the Mud Kingdom while being pursued by Burn and her soldiers. The group encountered him and was overjoyed to see him for the first time, helping him make peace with himself. Despite their protests, they let Clay depart to be the bigwings of the prophecy dragonets, leaving Reed to remain as the troop's bigwings, with doubts about his leadership on the fact that Clay was their natural bigwings.
