Crocodile

Crocodile was an adult female MudWing who was introduced in The Lost Heir. Originally thought to be a member of the Talons of Peace, she secretly served Burn as a spy and revealed the location of the Summer Palace to the SkyWings during the War of SandWing Succession. She was presumably killed by Glory's venom during the bombing of the Summer Palace after threatening to hand over the dragonets of destiny to the SkyWings.

Description

Crocodile was large with brown scales and wings. She had a horrible scar pulling down one corner of her mouth into a strange grimace.

Personality

Before she revealed herself as a scheming infiltrator, Webs considered her to be sympathetic.

Biography

The Dragonet Prophecy

The Lost Heir

Crocodile was one of the newest members of the Talons of Peace, who confronted Webs about the missing dragonets. She saved him from being mauled by Cirrus by fighting him, as well as other Talons of Peace members to gain his trust in the prologue of the book. Once Webs was safe, Crocodile suggested that he should go back to the Kingdom of the Sea, where Queen Coral would presumably forgive him, and how it may be the only way for him to be safe.

She later appeared at Queen Coral's prison during the attack on the Summer Palace, where it was revealed that she was actually a Talons of Peace infiltrator and an ally of Burn's army by leading the SkyWings and MudWings to the Summer Palace. Crocodile knew where to go because she secretly followed Webs after she tricked him into leading her to the Summer Palace. Before she could do anything, however, Glory spat venom into her eyes. Crocodile presumably died, but her body was mentioned to never be found. The army of SkyWings and MudWings that Crocodile brought destroyed the Summer Palace.

The Hidden Kingdom

Crocodile was mentioned by Starflight after Sunny said Webs still mumbled in his sleep about leading the SkyWings to the Summer Palace, which Starflight responded to saying it was not his fault and he did not know Crocodile was following him. It led Glory to think about how she used her RainWing venom on Crocodile, and remembered the flash of fear on the MudWing's face.

The Dark Secret

When Mastermind showed Starflight his RainWing venom studies, Starflight thought back to the dragons he had seen it kill, which were Crocodile and Fjord.
