Starclaws was mentioned by Foeslayer as one of the four dragons who were sent on a diplomatic mission to the Ice Kingdom when she met Arctic.
Winglets
During Foeslayer and Arctic's escape from the IceWing palace, Prudence gathered up Starclaws and Discretion to get them ready to leave with the group. Starclaws followed Prudence to a cliff outside the palace, where they met up with Arctic and Foeslayer. They then left the kingdom with Prudence, Foeslayer, Arctic, and Discretion.
