Permafrost was mentioned to have been moved down a rank for pointing out to Snowfall once more that the SeaWings might invade the Ice Kingdom from the north.
Lynx later mentioned him when talking to Snowfall about the gift of order, wondering why he and Tundra were so high up on the rankings despite "always being so awful."
He was later seen with Tundra, the two of them crowning Mink as the temporary queen while Snowfall was away in Sanctuary. Permafrost then made himself scarce, likely avoiding Snowfall in order to prevent himself from dropping further down on the gift of order.
