Dazzling is an adult female RainWing who was introduced in The Hidden Kingdom. She was one of the six RainWing queens that shared the RainWing throne before Glory became queen. She currently resides in the RainWing village. Dazzling was listed as the current queen in A NightWing Guide to the Dragons of Pyrrhia before Starflight updated it.

The Hidden Kingdom

When Starflight requested an audience with Queen Dazzling, both Jambu and Liana looked confused by his request and asked him if he meant it.
