Jewel-eyes was a male NightWing dragonet who was introduced in Darkstalker. He was a student of Allknowing, and possessed the ability of foresight. He resided in the lost city of night before fleeing to the NightWing island.

Jewel-eyes was one of the students in the seer class when Clearsight arrived, along with Vision and Morrowwatcher. When he discovered Clearsight had special seer powers, Jewel-eyes mentioned that the class was mostly for things like figuring out whether what they saw was a dream or a vision and not controlling their seer abilities.
