North Beach is an expanse of sand and rocks located on the lost city of night's northern peninsula. It borders a bay facing the Kingdom of Sand.[1]
Description
North Beach is not too far away from the NightWing school, and is consisted of rocky, pebbled beach. There are also giant boulders strewn across the sand.[2] Most NightWings avoided it.[1] It has also been noted that dragons have practiced swimming there.[1]
History
Legends
After rescuing several humans that were being kept for observation within the NightWing school, Clearsight and Listener took them to North Beach. After releasing the humans from the burlap sacks they transported them in, several humans began throwing pebbles at Listener before fleeing across the beach. When Clearsight received a warning from her foresight ability, she and Listener hid within the shadows of one of the boulders. An IceWing then lurched out of the sea and ate one of the humans, while another IceWing surfaced beside him shortly afterwards. She snapped at him to submerge within the water again, and the two IceWings disappeared. Clearsight was then plagued with visions of the entire IceWing tribe using North Beach as a location for a secret attack on the lost city of night, able to slip below the noses of the NightWing sky protectors beneath the waves.
Soon afterwards, Clearsight and Darkstalker attended an audience with Allknowing and Vigilance, warning them about the planned attack on North Beach. The NightWing soldiers were then prepared for the IceWings' attack, and won the battle promptly.
