She seems to dislike animus magic very much, even though she herself is an animus dragon. She seems to hate the attention of the IceWings her powers give her, shown at the end of ''[[The Poison Jungle (book)|The Poison Jungle]]'' when she thinks "useless, just like I've always wanted" when she reveals animus magic is broken to [[Snowfall]].

Jerboa II is a female SandWing who was mentioned in The Dangerous Gift. Very little is known about her, as she apparently "went wrong" after being created and was later disposed by Jerboa's animus magic.
Jerboa briefly thought about Jerboa II as the daughter who went wrong, and that she was mysteriously 'taken care of.' When Jerboa III learned about her existence, Jerboa noted that she was upset.
Very little information was known about Jerboa II's relationship with her mother, although it could be implied that they had a very bad relationship, as the latter deemed her imperfect and disowned her.
