Foxglove is an adult female human who was introduced in Dragonslayer. She is a member of the Wingwatchers and currently resides in Valor.

Description

Foxglove has strong arms and wears the forest-green Wingwatcher uniform. Her hair is shaved into a close dark fuzz over her head, and she has elegant eyebrows.

Personality

Foxglove is shown to be practical, brave, and down-to-earth. She is very good at hiding her emotions and has a small sense of humor. She also seemed to be cautious, as she immediately suspected Heath of breaking the law despite him being the Dragonslayer.

Dragonslayer

She was standing guard in the tunnels, where Heath repeatedly called her Holly. She reluctantly let Heath out. Ivy was impressed with her calm, focused, and unimpressed face, and tried to imitate it. Foxglove was shown to not trust Heath as she asked him where he was going and refused to listen to him when he told her that he was above the law. Ivy then tried to follow her father, making up a cover story about giving him a potato. Despite not believing the story, Foxglove let Ivy through after asking if she could keep secrets. Foxglove and Ivy walked outside and spotted Heath heading in the direction of the old village. While they were outside, Ivy and Foxglove heard a huge roaring which turned out to be coming from a NightWing. Foxglove helped Ivy up a tree and told her not to move until the dragon had gone. She then said that only a coward or an idiot would run from a dragon. This confused Ivy as her father had run from the dragon, but no one could call the Dragonslayer a coward. Ivy then confessed to Foxglove that she loved the dragon. Foxglove replied that she loved dragons too and that she would put in a good word for Ivy if she wanted to be a Wingwatcher. Foxglove then promised to give Ivy a little early training if she promised not to tell anyone. Foxglove was with Ivy, Violet and Daffodil, when they became Wingwatchers. She talked to them for a little while and said that she was planning not to retire for a while, even though she legally could. She finished by telling Ivy not to tell anyone how she felt about dragons as a lot of people had lost loved ones due to the desert dragons burning down their town, Commander Brook included.
