Anhinga ruled as queen of the MudWings centuries prior to Queen Moorhen's rule. She only had two brothers in her hatching, and both of whom died in the skirmishes with the SkyWings before having any offspring of their own. She had a clutch of five eggs which provided two heirs to the throne, Egret and Bayou. Eventually, Anhinga was challenged for the throne and killed by Egret.
