Cicada was an adult female HiveWing who was featured in A Guide to the Dragon World. She ruled as queen of the HiveWings at an unspecified point in history and had a warning from Clearsight in the Book of Clearsight.
Biography
Pre-Series
On a brightest night during her reign as queen, Cicada used a warning from the Book of Clearsight to move the HiveWings inland away from an unknown danger along the coast.
